Manage local app data

1. Export a local backup first if you want to keep a copy.
2. Use Jaap Counter's reset options for the specific data you want to reset, where available.
3. Use Android Settings to clear Jaap Counter application storage if you want to remove its local storage on that device.
4. Uninstall Jaap Counter to remove app data that Android manages for the app on that device.

Clearing local storage or uninstalling the app does not necessarily delete hidden Google Drive snapshots.

Delete hidden Google Drive snapshots

Drive snapshots use Google's hidden appDataFolder, so they do not appear as ordinary files in My Drive. Disconnecting the app is not the same as deleting this data.

1. Open Google Drive settings on the web while signed into the connected account.
2. Open Manage apps.
3. Find Jaap Counter.
4. Open its options and choose the option to delete hidden app data, if Google Drive shows it.
5. Repeat for another Google account if you previously connected Jaap Counter there.

Google may change labels or menu locations. Consult Google Drive Help if the option has moved.

Disconnect or revoke Google access

Disconnecting in Jaap Counter stops the app's current connection. You can also revoke access from your Google Account:

1. Open your Google Account third-party connections.
2. Find Jaap Counter.
3. Review and remove its access.

Revoking access stops future authorization but does not necessarily delete hidden Drive data. Follow the Drive deletion steps separately if you want that data removed.

Firebase diagnostic-data questions

Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics records are generally pseudonymous technical records and may not be directly searchable by an email address. For a privacy question, email rjdevstudio@gmail.com with enough context to understand the request, but do not send sensitive backup contents.
