Acceptance and lawful use

Use Jaap Counter and this website only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not interfere with the app, attempt unauthorized access, misuse platform services, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

App purpose and user content

Jaap Counter is a devotional and productivity tool. It is not medical, legal, financial, spiritual, or other professional advice and should not replace guidance from a qualified professional.

You are responsible for mantra names, wallpapers, backup files, and other content you choose to add or import. Only use content you have the right to use.

Backups, notifications, and timing

You are responsible for keeping copies of data that matters to you. Local files and optional Drive snapshots are recovery tools, but RJ Dev Studio cannot guarantee that a particular streak, reminder, automatic-counting task, local export, or Drive backup will run at an exact time or always succeed.

Android may defer background work because of battery, connectivity, permissions, or system conditions. Review important data after a restore and before clearing storage or changing devices.

Premium purchase

Premium is a one-time, non-consumable Google Play unlock for the supported Jaap Counter app. It currently unlocks every theme, saved custom wallpapers, unlimited mantra profiles, Drive snapshot creation, and automatic Drive backup. Core counting, Mantra Focus, local backup, and Drive restore remain available without Premium.

Google Play determines the displayed regional price, taxes, purchase processing, restoration, and refund process. Availability may depend on Google Play, the purchasing account, device compatibility, and applicable policies.

Third-party services

Google Drive, Firebase, Android, and Google Play are third-party services governed by their own terms and policies. Their availability, security, and behavior are outside RJ Dev Studio's direct control. RJ Dev Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Intellectual property and service changes

RJ Dev Studio owns its original app, website, branding, and content, excluding third-party trademarks and user-provided content. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

RJ Dev Studio may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for product maintenance, security, legal compliance, or platform requirements.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Jaap Counter and this website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, RJ Dev Studio disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.

To the extent allowed by law, RJ Dev Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of data, practice history, expected progress, or access to third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending use

You may stop using Jaap Counter at any time. RJ Dev Studio may restrict access to features where required by law, platform policy, security needs, or misuse. Deleting the app does not necessarily delete hidden Google Drive data; see Data Management.

Governing law, changes, and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective or last-updated date.
